Acting as a key link between strategy and execution, this role ensures that process mapping, governance, and change impact assessments are delivered accurately and on time. The position is critical for embedding process discipline and creating a robust Business Process Manual that guides the organization through transformation.

The position will be responsible for facilitating a close working relationship and flow of communication with other departments in JFK, across the US and abroad.
