As a Procurement Manager, you’ll be an integral part of helping achieve Flexport’s growth goals. It’s a face-paced and integral position for both winning new business, and supporting our current book of business. This role is focused on U.S. Exports, primarily managing TA and TP trades, and works hand-in-hand with our U.S. carrier operations team to ensure optimal execution for our clients. A successful procurement manager will be willing and able to dig into the weeds of pricing / contract nuances, manage carrier relationships, and represent Flexport both operationally and commercially.

As the Sea Logistics implementation Manager will be responsible for managing customer-facing projects focused on implementing new or re-engineered business opportunities into the Sea Logistics network. They are responsible for managing the project team, ensuring timely resource allocation, planning, and execution of all their projects.

As an Import Coordinator, you will be well-versed in Import/ Export rules and regulations & will be responsible for managing the route activity of the shipments, working with truckers, warehouses, and all other vendors for deliveries.

Marine Solutions is seeking an Engineering Project Manager in Newark, New Jersey, to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects. Marine Solutions is a specialized marine engineering and construction firm serving clients in the government (federal, state, local), transportation, energy, industrial, water, and commercial markets. We inspect, design, and build bridges and waterfront infrastructure worldwide that protect and enrich our communities.

Monitor the condition and maintain CLA coastal and inland barges. Provide information to Engineering team to develop & maintain capital expenditure budget for the barge fleet, oversee repair & maintenance of equipment, manage purchasing and inventory levels. Develop work scope packages and oversee dry dockings. Monitor compliance of all documentation & regulatory requirements. Other duties as assigned by Management.

The selected candidate will be assigned to BWT’s Marine Section. Responsibilities will include assisting the Captain in the safe maneuvering, navigation and operation of the Department’s sludge vessels; operating and piloting water quality vessels up to 100 feet; maintaining vessel logs and developing reports as needed; performing dispatcher duties; directing subordinate personnel; and performing related duties.

Responsible for handling domestic and international yacht and brown water hull claims from first notification to final claim settlement.

The Senior Underwriter will contribute to the growth of the business by underwriting Marine products under general direction, issuing quotes and policies while ensuring standards and compliance guidelines are met. Responsible for underwriting large accounts and building relationships with clients and brokers.

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering has an opening for a dynamic Experienced Naval Architect/Engineer in our Construction Engineering Services (CES) Group, to support our fleet of over 55 large construction vessels. The ideal candidate will be a part of a growing team that supports all aspects of the construction process by performing innovative design engineering through brainstorming conceptual designs, performing and/or reviewing structural calculations, developing plans, scheduling tasks to meet client needs, as well as mitigating risk to keep our construction crews safe. Kiewit has the premier marine construction fleet in North America and intends to keep it that way through the modernization of our existing vessels, and construction of new vessels. This is an opportunity to be a major part of that effort, working directly with the construction teams.

Reporting to the Head of Underwriting & Portfolio Management for Maritime Finance, the Sr Underwriter and Portfolio Manager will be responsible for underwriting as well as portfolio management of asset-backed maritime financing transactions, leading deal teams, mentoring junior resources, and assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports for regulatory and internal informational purposes.
