This position supports the coordination of international and national shipping, ensuring quality control of outgoing shipments and managing inventory for productions. The applicant must possess knowledge of inventory control, domestic and import/export documentation, and scheduling of truckload, sea, air, and/or shipments. Additionally, the role involves preparing freight quotes, bills of landing, and handling claims. Familiarity with quality control processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of manufacturing and order fulfillment schedules.
• Process customer orders for domestic and international shipments, including generating appropriate paperwork.
• Provide timely sales team support with logistics inquiries.
• Conduct monthly and annual inventory.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and delivery times.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy and consistency with sales orders.
• Inspect and document outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Support implementation of warehouse efficiency.
• Assist in receiving raw materials.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of experience within a logistics environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in logistics, inventory, supply chain, and data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Industrial industry experience.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Inventory control expertise.

Work Environment

The team consists of approximately 8 people, including the CEO, offering a close-knit work environment. You will work specifically with the logistics manager. Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 – $25.48/hr.
